Advanced First Aid Course

Be prepared for any medical emergency with our Advanced First Aid Course. When emergencies happen, you need to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle them. That’s why we offer this comprehensive course, which presents many of the most common illnesses and injuries. Ideal for corporate emergency response teams, this course is perfect for anyone who needs more training than basic first aid.

This course consists of a 17 hours of face-to-face attendance, which will take place either in your workplace or Al Awasi International Training Centre.

Up to 2 years

Al Awasi international training center is an approved training center for American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI).

After successfully completion of the course you will get an international certificate with no need for authentication from Sudan foreign affair ministry.

The certificate is accepted internationally.

Successful completion (certification) requires the following:

• Written Exam: Required
• Performance Evaluation:
  Required. Working as the lead
  responder in a scenario-based
  team setting, adequately direct
  the primary assessment and care
  of:
  Patient Assessment/
  Management – Trauma
  Patient Assessment/
  Management – Medical

Current, valid professional-level
BLS certification (CPR Pro for
the Professional Rescuer—may
be incorporated/conducted
in conjunction with the AFA
program as needed.

The program is designed for
non-EMS responders including government, corporate, industry, lifeguards, security
personnel, law enforcement, corrections personnel, and other individuals who are not
EMS or healthcare providers but desire or require certification in Advanced First Aid.
